1 lb tubs of sweet cream salted butter. Freezer safe container.
The milk leaves our farm early morning in a mini milk truck. It is taken about an hour from our far to another small family dairy who has found their niche in a ice cream parlor and butter making facility. It takes about 2 hours for them to make our cream to butter and we pick it up the same day. Our milk is never more than 24 hours old from fluid on the farm to butter in the fridge.
